  1. Choosing the Dates. Perhaps this is the key factor for planning your holiday, as everything is organized around this matter. Most people don’t have any other option than taking vacations when work or other obligations permits them. But for those who are free to choose their dates, it is always a good idea to see what events will take place to make them match with the visit. Also keep in mind that if you come in peak season, the island will be immersed in its lively lifestyle and frantic activity. Whilst if you are looking for peace and tranquility, there’s nothing like visiting at the beginning and/or the end of the summer season. Anyhow, we’ll be here waiting for you from May 12th to late October.

  2. Buying the Tickets. As a highly demanded tourist destination, Ibiza is connected with many national and international airports with a high frequency of flights, and there are also ferries that connect with mainland Spain daily. So once you’ve chosen how to get to the island, we recommend to do several searches and compare them, as prices vary constantly and the more in advance you get them, the better deal you’ll get.

  3. Place of Interest. Before travelling to any destination, it is a good idea to learn about what interesting places you can go to. Restaurants, beaches, nightclubs, villages… Ibiza has many places well worth visiting, and before coming it is a good idea to make a small selection of musts. And, if it’s of any help, in our blog we have a section where we show our favorite places. Find them out here

  4. Check other Experiences. All of us at some point have relied on the advice of a friend to make a decision. So having a friend who has visited Ibiza will be useful for getting first hand information on what is interesting to visit and what is not so interesting. But not all of us have “that friend”. That’s why, thanks to the Internet, today we have tools at our disposal such as TripAdvisor, where you can read the reviews and impressions of other users who have visited the places you’re interested in. It never hurts to take a look and see if your expectations match reality.

  6. Transportation. On an island like Ibiza it is convenient to have your own vehicle, as there are many places where public transportation doesn’t reach, and getting around only by taxi can be a bit expensive in the long run and are not always available. Therefore, it is convenient to look up with time what car you want to rent and with which company, comparing prices and services to find the best option, as if you do it in advance, you’ll surely get a better price.
