Ibiza is not only the island of freedom, nightlife and nice beaches, it’s also an ideal place to see and buy the latest trends in fashion. Although you can find all kinds of fashion and styles, Adlib, hippie and the most trendy fashion styles predominate. You’ll also find a large variety of the latest trends in accessories such as, sandals, sunglasses, summer baskets and much more. We go shopping around Ibiza.

A great place to go shopping is the famous craftsmarket of Las Dalias, in the village of Sant Carles, located in the north of the island. There are plenty of stalls where you can find unique garments and other hippie-style fashion, yet one of the most famous styles is World Family Ibiza, a new fashion concept created by Alok and Merel, a hippie couple who make accessories, clothing and decor, all full of color made with fabrics brought from different countries from all around the world. Handbags, belts and shoes are 100% handmade. It’s the story of a successful hippy family that began in Ibiza and have even got to exhibit their collections in the Paris fashion show. They also have shops in Puerto Banús and in Madrid.

Another ideal place for going shopping is in La Marina district in Ibiza town. This is the old fishermen’s quarter of the city and along its cobblestones streets you’ll find many, cool and chic stores as Biscuit Store, a romantic boutique. Adlib fashion shops where you’ll find the real essence of the Ibiza-style fashion.  One of them is Hippy Chick Ibiza, where you can find boho chic garments inspired by Asian ethnic clothing and the bohemian gypsy culture and fused with Mediterranean style. Everything is handmade with natural fibers such as silk, wool and pure cotton.

Another shop in La Marina is Ad Libitum Ibiza, where you’ll find Adlib garments and fashion from the collection of famous designer Charo Ruiz. Very typical Ibiza-style fashion created on the island, characterized by its white color, light baggy garments and laces. Another shop you’ll find is Nice Things, with a fashion style away from the prevailing trends and looking to satisfy women of all ages, reflecting a delicate and feminine style with a variety of fabrics and designs.

In Marina Botafoch (Ibiza town’s marina luxury port) you’ll also find a number of exclusive shops, like from designer Piluca Bayarri. Delicate embroidery on tulle and silks, soft cottons, hand embroidered Swarovski crystals and quality lycras are the essence of the collection of this fashion designer who also exports her fashion to many different countries.

Here there’s also the shop of Campos de Ibiza, with a selection of fashion and accessories from the most famous and renowned Spanish and international fashion designers. As well, here you can buy any of the products of Campos de Ibiza brand, such as perfumes, bath products, oils or its exclusive collection of towels. In addition,  Clan Ibiza Shop, is a store for both men and women where the most sought after and fashionable brands.

But if you don’t feel like going into the city or the market you can often find fashion boutiques in some beaches and beach bars (chiringuitos). There’s fashion stalls and boutiques in numerous beaches, such as in Ses Salines, Cala Jondal or Platges de Comte. You can find Kaftans, bikinis, dresses and sarongs in beach establishments like Jockey Beach Club, Tropicana Ibiza and Sunset Ashram.
