Platges de Comte, better known as Cala Conta beach, it’s only five minutes away from Ses Pitreras boutique-hotel, in the municipality of Sant Josep, and it’s one of Ibiza’s natural paradises. With crystalline turquoise waters, white sand, beautiful sandstone walls and breathtaking views of the little islands off the coast. It’s a must for anyone who visits the island as it’s one of the most beautiful beach coves in the world, as it has appeared many times in various rankings.

It’s a totally unspoilt area and has three beaches (one of them nudist) and a small stone dock. Busy all day long until the evening and night time, because from this part of the island you can see absolutely spectacular sunsets with an extraordinary range of colours and a sea view overlooking the islets of s’Illa des Bosc, Sa Conillera, Ses Bledes and S’Espartar. Whether if you’re right on the beach or in one of the restaurants or beach bars having a lovely cocktail, spending the last hours of sunshine in Cala Conta it’s an unforgettable experience you can’t miss.

In Platges de Compte there are several restaurants where you can dine or simply have a beer or a cocktail while enjoying the lovely sea views.

One of them is Sunset Ashram, with a hippie and bohemian atmosphere, it’s a casual beach bar from which you can watch the beautiful sunset. They have music, DJs and chill out music all day long. Here you can have great salads, fancy burgers and even sophisticated oriental dishes. In the entrance they have a small boutique with beach and summer clothing and other goods brought from India, such as sarongs, dresses and bikinis.

Another option is s’Illa des Bosc restaurant, named after the island which dominates the beach, right in front of the establishment, so the views from there are fabulous. It’s a restaurant where you can have excellent paellas and other rice dishes and fresh seafood. It’s open all day until night time. It has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Ses Roques restaurant has a capacity of up to 220 guests and they have plenty of experience in these kinds of events.
