Today we’re suggesting a plan with many options for having the different meals of the day and so that you can enjoy the excellent cuisine offered in the island of Ibiza. Because Ibiza is not only famous for its idyllic beaches, its nightlife and its landscape. Its also famous for the well you can eat.

To get started we recommend you a delicious breakfast right by the poolside at our own place, Hotel Ses Pitreras. Fresh fruit juices, homemade pastries, cereal, fruit, excellent selection of Iberian cold cuts and cheese… Apart the traditional breakfast buffet, where you’ll find a wide variety of foods, as well, the chef prepares a special menu for breakfast time, a menu that will satisfy even the most discerning gourmets.

Then we recommend you going to Cala d’Hort, one of the most magical beaches of Ibiza. Located in the south of the island, on the coast of Sant Josep, it’s dominated by the stunning island of Es Vedrà. Crystal clear waters, quiet and family atmosphere. The beach also has some of the best restaurants on the island. We recommend Restaurante El Carmen, with fantastic views to the islands of Es Vedrà and Es Vedranell. There you can enjoy many fresh fish and shellfish dishes. All kinds of paellas, fried squid, fresh shrimp, steamed mussels, “bullit de peix” with “arroz a banda”, fresh fish dishes, lobster stew… An extensive menu with great dishes and recipes cooked in the traditional style. As a special recommendation don’t miss the banana cake with “dulce de leche” and mascarpone cheese. Absolutely delicious.

After a nice beach day the best is to relax in the spectacular Spa of Ses Pitreras hotel. A spa circuit with whirlpools, cervical jets, waterfalls, water beds, bubble benches, steam room, sauna and relaxation area. As well as body and facial massages and treatments, waxing and other esthetic services.

After relaxing you can go to the beach of Cala Conta (Platges de Comte) and watch the sunset while enjoying a delicious mojito. The best viewpoints to watch the sunset are from Ses Roques restaurant or from Ashram beach bar. A stunning panoramic with an unbeatable atmosphere.

And to complete this perfect day, we suggest a romantic dinner in one of the most authentic villages in Ibiza: Sant Agusti des Vedra. With its whitewashed church and a beautiful view over a valley, it keeps the essence of the authentic rural Ibiza. An ideal place to enjoy what this charming village offers is at Can Berri Vell restaurant, housed in a beautiful 17th century traditional Ibizan rustic farmhouse. Overlooking the church and under the moonlight if you choose sitting on the terrace. Exquisite and fine cuisine, including dishes such as twice-cooked lamb stuffed stuffed with spinach, pine nuts and raisins, suckling pig with orange sauce, incredible red tuna fish and the essential Angus steak.
