Ses Variades is a stretch of flat and rocky coastline, the Sunset Strip. A continuation of San Antonio’s Bay, where you can almost touch the seawater from the different summer café’s terraces and lounges bars.
It was the legendary Café del Mar the first one to open in the zone in the 80’s, yet it was followed by lots of other cafés where you can eat, drink, dance or listen to the best Dj’s of the moment in Ibiza.
Among the most important premises you’ll find, apart from the mythic Café del Mar, with its genuine and very well known architecture and design and its distinctive Chill Out music, you’ll find as well Café Mambo, with its fabulous terrace right on the sea, and its elite DJ’s.
