The most important feature of Las Dalias is its popular Hippy market that is held every Saturday, in San Carlos.
It first began 20 years ago, with about 5 stalls and a few visitors, and now, in a Saturday in August, it can have more than 200 stalls jobs and up to 20,000 visitors. They sell Adlib clothing, jewellery, sandalwood, exotic musical instruments, ethnic music, jewellery, decorative fabrics, figurines, antiques, sarongs, books, among other things.
Las Dalias hall is also concert stage, and continues to be the meeting point for artists from all over the island. On Friday nights during the summer months, painters and sculptors exhibit their works to the public in an outdoor space. Their most event is Namasté.
