In the restaurant Can Caus, Santa Gertrudis, the grill is the star. In addition to being a restaurant, Can Caus works together with Companatge to bring back the manufacture and commercialization of traditional produce from Ibiza, such as sausages, cheeses and other dairy products.
The restaurant’s menu contains a wide selection of foods, including salads made from locally grown lettuce and tomatoes, rice dishes typical of the island, exceptional meats (e.g. kid goat from their adjacent farm), homemade sausages and cheeses…in a word, simple food that allows us to enjoy the authentic flavors of Ibiza.
